To oversee the needs of Altos
Job description
- Welcome new Altos and maintain good contact during trial 2 weeks
- Maintain face to face contact with fellow Altos
- Maintain attendance register to monitor and follow up absent members
- Liaise with other Voice Reps on any relevant issues
- Liaise with MD and Membership Secretary/Concerts Manager to report singer numbers for concert.
- Be responsible, together with other Voice Reps and MD, for preparing a concert day seating plan for Altos, taking account of any mobility or other issues.
- Liaise with Trustees, Committee or MD over any concerns or feedback from Altos
