Tour Manager

Overview

Responsible for liaising with the tour operator and co-ordinating the work of the Tour Committee

Job description

  • Discuss and finalise arrangements and costings with tour operator and with Chair
  • Publicise and promote the tour to EGCS members/former members/wider audience
  • Manage lists of participants and keep them informed
  • Recruit a Tour Committee and co-ordinate its activities
  • Liaise with tour operator representative whilst on tour
  • Be responsible for communicating arrangements to participants whilst on tour
