Overview
To ensure the infrastructure for a concert is assembled according to the MD’s requirements and return the venue to its pre-concert condition.
Job description
- Establish concert requirements from MD, including numbers, layout.
- Liaise with MD, Concerts Manager and staging provider about the staging requirements
- Liaise with staging provider for its delivery, assembly and collection
- Set up stage area for MD, choir, orchestra and soloists, including seating, lighting, music stands
- Conduct Health & Safety checks including trip hazards, access and rails
- After performance, the above in reverse to restore venue to original state
