Job description

  • Attend all meetings of Committee
  • Take notes of deliberations, decisions and actions of Committee
  • Compile Minutes of such meetings and obtain their approval from Chair
  • Circulate approved Minutes to Committee members
  • Deputise for Secretary to Trustees if required
