Overview
Responsible for engaging with members both present and past and maintaining their records.
Job description
- Maintain membership and mailing list databases
- Update members regularly on admin matters, activities, upcoming events
- Update mailing list subscribers occasionally about choir activities and upcoming events
- Provide up-to-date membership lists – as required
- Deal with members’ enquiries
- Update Trustees on membership and mailing list statistics
- Liaise with Treasurer on membership receipts
