Membership Secretary*

Overview

Responsible for engaging with members both present and past and maintaining their records.

Job description

  • Maintain membership and mailing list databases
  • Update members regularly on admin matters, activities, upcoming events
  • Update mailing list subscribers occasionally about choir activities and upcoming events
  • Provide up-to-date membership lists – as required
  • Deal with members’ enquiries
  • Update Trustees on membership and mailing list statistics
  • Liaise with Treasurer on membership receipts
