Rehearsal Dates In June

Thursday 10th June at St Mary's Church, Imberhorne Lane

Tuesday 15th, Thursday 17th, Tuesday 22nd, Thursday 24th June at Imberhorne Lower School, Windmill Lane.

Concert Day Rehearsal

Saturday 26th June rehearsal at Chequer Mead Art & Community Centre from 2:30pm until 5:15pm. St Peter's School Choir is rehearsing with us.

Help Needed To Set Up Staging

Many hands would be welcome to help set up at 11am on Saturday. Also, help is needed at the end of the performance to clear up the area.

Food In Between Rehearsal And Performance

Cuisine Studio, the Theatre caterers, can serve pre-ordered food to choir members from 5:30pm onwards. Sandwiches £3.75 upwards, jacket potatoes with fillings £6.75 upwards.

A menu is available to view and there will be a sign up list for anyone interested. We need to let them have the orders by Thursday 24th June.

Own Food

If you are bringing your own food, this must be consumed in the Studio where we will be gathering and not in the cafeteria area.

Chameleon Brass will require feeding. If you could provide some sandwiches or cakes for them, please let Mary Osborn or Helen Phillips know. There are 5 members in the band.

Concert Dress

Ladies: long sleeved, black blouses and either long black skirts or smart tailored trousers.

Gentlemen: black shirts and black trousers.

Red folders, please.

Ticket Sales

Don't forget to purchase your tickets from the Theatre for your friends and family. We need a full auditorium for this concert.

Raffle Prizes

Please bring your raffle prizes and give them to Margaret Barnett. Good quality prizes are needed.

New Term starts on Thursday 2nd September, 2010

Annual General Meeting: Thursday 30th September, 2010

A short rehearsal will be held first from 7:45 until 8:45. The meeting will begin at 9pm
